irish Citizenship Application form

hi guys , i am filling citizenship application form , everything is ready but just got stuck on declaration section, my application is based on 5 years.
I know I need to sign declaration , but do I need someone else to get it signed too, like Garda or solicitor or someone, and what kind of witness I need to sign on declaration section .
I know many people on this foram applied for citizenship so please let me know if someone know how I can fill it.

Thanks[/quote] good luck for the application.my friend you might aware you have to stamp some your documents from solicitor,noatary,gp he/she will be able to witness your form also. passport colour copy,gnib copy,birth copy,marraige cert copy good luck

yes I got them stamped from Garda , can garda witness too ??
