Tier2 Dependent Visa - Need suggestions on few queries

Hi All,

I applied for Tier2 Dependent Visa in the month of May from VFS chennai, but it was rejected, for the reason -
"in sufficient funds", though i have submitted fixed deposit receipts, it was not taken into consideration, now i have planned to do a fresh application, i have few questions - Please help me on this

1.Since my prior application was rejected, is there any timeline for re-application?

2.Currently i'm working in an organization, please let me know if i need to provide Relieving letter/Leave letter/No objection letter from my current organization ? Is this a mandatory one, since it was not mentioned anywhere in the supporting documents list - Please advice.

3.I'm going to show 600 pounds(equivalent rupees) in my Indian bank account for 90 days as a proof for fund maintenance , is this enough or my spouse should also needs to show his bank balance for 900 pounds as well? (Since he in UK only for last 5 months) - Please advice
