BR 5 EEA application now taken four months

Thanks to to that this forum is very helpful to us struggling as lay man about immigration rules
I married in feb in uk, sent application one month 15march. Sent COA month after, My simple question is is it that all the H/O Department for EEA application a having backlog including European case worker for Bulgarian and Romanian . i knw of the SIX months rules but that doesnot mean they should follow that neck and neck because the rules say so for them I thin k to actually have answer at now why real is this so? Thank you.Answer, advice and coments are all welcome please!

My spouse wife wants to apply for PR or IL. Please can some one guides us ?This is the brief history:
She lived in UK for 8 yrs now still working as self emploed in the company
Got all the documents letter from HMRC tax and contribution and company cert.account letter bank st. etc. Are they going to grant her indefintebecause of her duration period and she came in as bussiness person under the European association treaty. It says she can in the form ECAA4 that her family will be granted too.
Please all to advice so the doubt is clear . Much apprecaited thank you.

This forum is absolutely significant and it has helped lots of people to progress with their immigration problems.Keep on the good work guys with advice and information that give knowldge and power.If this forum helped me to get my CoA, then they will also assist me over the six months rule that have just eneded.

Here is my situation with my case:
Iam Non EEA( husband) married my Wife(EEA) here in the UK early this year a National of Romaenain.
Sent my application BR(5) 14 march 2012
RECEIVED:15 MARCH 2012
CoA received: 5th of June
RC: Not received Good Completed SIX months finished yesterday on the 14th September 2012 this past friday.
I have sent 4 emails that states my employers are requesting my passport to re-do document checks as the six months finally eneded. The normall contact telphone is off since 5th of July. i dont know anymore what to do as my employers are after me for the passport and RC.Please someone assist me out there as am waiting urgently one could reply now.Thank you all.
