My baby's dual nationality/my wife's nationality

Hi, I am not sure if i am posting in this right section so my appologies! I am married to an English girl who's nationality is British, she would be going with me to Pakistan soon. I do not want to pay £104 for her visa everytime we visit Pakistan. Can she apply for a NICOP card or a Pakistani passport as she is married to me?
Another question, we are expecting our baby around 21st AUG this year, would get Pakistani nationality automatically as I am a Pakistani? or do I have to apply for her NICOP card first and then for her passport?

I was reading on the FAQs on the Pakistani high commission website that 'Both parents have to be Pakistani nationals' for the child to have Pakistani nationality. is that true.
