Post by pja » Mon Jul 16, 2012 9:56 pm

Hello

Im currently on a Tier 2 general visa expiring on 31 August 2012. My Sponsor has applied for a new COS.

my question is regards to the evidence for proof of working.

currently i am attaching 5 months payslips and statements. Last year company wide changes affected my salary and since last august it has been changed and complies with the SOC code

Do i need to submit the payslips and statements for the full 3 years?

The guidance doesnt require you to submit anything apart from your passport , photographs and application form.

But however its good to submit last 3 months payslips, and if any dependent then you have prove their maintenance for last 3months before submitting your application and proof of your relationship (however not important)

extract from Guidance

Post by pja » Wed Jul 18, 2012 4:49 pm

i initially thought that and once i read the PBS guidance in detail

Point 50 (i) and (ii) indicate the Payslips covering the full specified consecutive months.

This would the period im declaring which is 3 years is it not?

Sorry about repeating the question but i want to clear the doubt competely.

Further Confusion

Post by pja » Fri Jul 20, 2012 11:51 am

David has already answered this question referring to the Policy Guidance,

i have further confusion regarding the same as per the Application Form

Page 63, Evidence of Proof of Working.

Please can anyone explain to me as the application form and the Policy Guidance are mentioning two different things in this aspect.

Any help is much appreciated

I guess this is not required , But stilll you can provide last 3 months or atmost 6 months payslips and a letter from your employer confirming employment and pay.

I hope this helps.

I guess evidence of proof of working is only required when you are making initial application for example switching from post study work visa.

But still to be on the safe side you can provide the documents as i mentioned above

Another Query

Post by pja » Tue Jul 24, 2012 6:36 pm

I have preparing the documents for 1 year (payslips and Bank Statements)

Do i need to submit my P60 along with th documents for Proof of working.

The P60 is from April and will reflect the changes made in the company last year.

As it is not a requirement can i omit submitting this?

No need to submit P60 , Payslips are sufficient

1 year payslips and bank statement are too much. Even last 3 months of both will suffix the requirement

For Tier 2 General there is no need to send and any payslip even for one month. What you read was about Initial Tier 2 ICT application. For Tier 2 extension passport, photo, application form and CoS are enough.
