Child benefit on FLR(M)

Post by liam85 » Mon Jul 16, 2012 11:17 pm

Hello,
My wife is on FLR(M) and she is due to give birth to our baby in January 2013.

I earn 29000 a year and do not claim any benefits. She does not work and I know that she will not be able to claim any either.

My question is will I be able to claim Child Benefit?

Many thanks

Yes you can, and you will also be able to claim Child Tax Credits.
