ILR-10 years long stay appl(Total 609 days)---HELP!!!!!!

Guys, please help me out with your expertise advice.

Came to UK in Oct 2002 on student visa switched to work permit in Feb 2006 got revoked letter in Oct 2006, two days after applied for HSMP under 65 points got approval letter based on that switched to HSMP initial 2 years visa until Dec 2008 then extension for 3 years until Feb 2012.

Visited Croydon PEO for ILR based on HSMP 5 years in Feb 2012 been told at document checking counter itself I have been outside country more than 90 days do not qualify, applied for second extension got it till Mar 2015.
Summary of days outside the UK.
7, 27, 29, 95(During this period switched to work permit, entered UK with entry clearance)
181, 87(Fully paid), 170(Part paid for one month), and 13(Fully paid) days
In total days are 609.
Applied all extensions before expiry, going by last residency broken in Sept 2010 cannot apply under HSMP until Aug 2015 which means another extension as current stay expires in Mar 2015.

Thanks for your patience for reading the above, kindly tell me where do I stand with ILR under 10 years long stay application if I have to apply in month of Oct this year???
