Dear members,
Thanks in advance for your answers. The policy guidance saying that
"The registration or authority of the legal representative to practise legally in the country in which the permission or permissions was/were given".
I am applying from inside UK, I have got a letter from a solicitor, who is acting as notary public. He has given me a letter on his firm's letter head with his signature, ink stamp saying "notary public", ink stamp with his name and address and press stamp of the notary.
Is this okay to apply for visa. I am in confusion with the above mentioned point. I am need your valuable suggestions.
Thanks again
