Adequate accommodation?

Post by newlight1 » Tue Jul 17, 2012 6:22 pm

Just wondering if this was sufficient for adeque accommodation for the Fiance Visa? (pre July 9th)

* Title Deeds to property which says TITLE ABSOLUTE
(6.1.1987) proprietor - (my mam and dads name and the address.) -
Just realised the bank had not discharged the mortage on the title deeds, so it still looks like my parents are still paying the morgage even though it was paid off 15 years ago.

* Signed letter from parents allowing us to stay there for as long as we need rent free.

I didn't submit any evidence that the mortgage was fully paid off though?

Is that ok?

It should not be a problem.

I am though suprised that your parents have discharged the mortgage but hasnt got notification from the lender to confirm this.
