Hi,

I received a letter from royal mail a couple of months back which I was not able to pick up as i was away and when i got in touch with them they said that it has been sent back. Have a feeling that it was the letter regarding giving my biometric information. Since then i have changed my address and have updated it on the UKBA website.

Wanted to know if there was any way of contacting them to get them to resend the letter if it was or find out even if the letter came from the UKBA.

If any of you could provide me with a contact number that i could use to get in touch it would be much appreciated. Been trying the number on the website but just been on hold in queue for ages.

Your sincere replies in this matter is much appreciated.
