My wife and child applied for entry clearance as a PBS dependant of Tier 1 general from Bangalore India on 30 May 2012, but unfortunately the visa got refused. I am on Tier 1 general from 2009 and got my extension in Jan 2012. the maintenance I showed for my wife and child was 533 GBP each for 90 days in accordance with the rules prior to 14 june 2012, but the ECO has mentioned that I need to show 1600 each dependant.
Can anybody pls explain is the ECO decision correct?? or should I appeal??
Kindly advice.

The decision (as described and the information you have given) is not correct so you may appeal, but why are you asking readers to vote on this matter?
