Help please!!!

Pls I need your help again, can't seem to remember my old username but that's another matter!

I am about to apply for my ilr under the spousal route and I was lucky enough after 1 million attempts to find an appt at the Glasgow PEO for next week. Now I've been filling the form and so far I've found a few things I'm really unsure of and I would appreciate some help pls

1) section 1.6 - where it asks for names formally known by, does this mean my maiden name
2) section 3- it asks abt children, we have one who by his father is a citizen but I'm not sure if the form wants me to note his name even if we aren't applying for the lo
3) sect 6 q 7, - I have filled in all my biometric data do I skip this part or do I still need to fill in details of when my fingerprints etc were obtained

4) sect 8, 8.3 to be exact about finances, we recently moved to A new town where my husband got a new job and I was still on maternity leave at the time of which I notified my old company and resigned and immediately got signed on as a contractor/supplier under a framework agreement, my most recent job was in may where I worked for a daily rate and I'm not sure how to convey this on the form


I realise this is very lengthy but I'm very grateful for any help/knowledge shared many many many thanks in advance
