Which visa category your wife is currently in?

Based on my readings in this forum, one cannot get ILR from India instead the kids will have Entry Clearance. Once they are in UK, you can apply for settlement visa.
Applied: VFS Chennai - 22/08/12
Visa Refused - 14/11/2012
Refusal reason - Not provided P60 or copy of employment contract as evidence of your sponsor's gross income from their employment/income sources.

Hi Balaji,

My Wife and my daughter had a Tier1 dependent Visa which expired on April 23. My younger son doesn't have any visa now since he was born in India.

Thanks,
Anil
