My child has born in uk in 2005. we haven't applied ILR for her and her visa is going to expire on 25th july.we(parents) are waiting for biometric cards in a weak time. My question she is legally eligible for citizenship eventhough there was no visa for her ? ? pls guide me.

Hello,

it is my understanding that ONCE you get your ILR approved you can go ahead and register her as a british citizen, but I am not sure if you go over the date of july 25th and your ILR has not arrived yet.
