Can I go home now and return for the premium appointment?

Post by mrz » Wed Jul 18, 2012 10:25 pm

I have completed my 3 years undergraduate course. My current Tier 4 visa will be expired on 30th October.

I got a CAS for my Post graduate course from another university. I have booked premium service appointment on 29th August in UK.

I now want to go my homecountry to see my parents and want to back to UK on 25th August to extend the Tier 4 visa.

I was just wondering if Immigration officer will create any trouble at the airport or not?

The purpose of you existing visa has been completed and if you have a new CAS for post-graduate course, its not necessary that you should apply your new visa, in-country. You can apply for new visa from your home country.

This is what immgration officer may tell you on your return but not necessary as well. So its upto you what you want to do.

I can response like this: i don't have premium service in my home country so i may miss some weeks of the classes before getting visa in my home country.

By the way is there any chance that they will deport me from the airport and i will miss this year and loss the paid tuition fees? If they really create trouble then what will happen?

You will be at your home with refused entry stamp on your passport.
