ILR SUCCESS AND PRIVIOUS VISA DETAILS

Post by SREENU » Thu Jul 19, 2012 5:41 am

ILR success on 12th July 2012

My first work permit visa approved on: 08-08-2007 valid up to 07-08-2012 (superseded later when tier2 visa approved)
Changed my employer and Tier 2 visa approved on: 1-08-2009 valid up to 31-07-2012
Applied for ILR on 12-07-2012 at Birmingham (PEO) and it was success. The decision was so quick, case worker took only ten minutes. My son is more than sixteen years old hence asked me to show the evedence that he is staying in the same address. I produced his bank statements.

The following documents asked.

1. Employer letter
2. 3 months pay slip and bank statemnts
3. council tax bills to prove my wife is in the same address.
4. Life in Uk Test results
5. My son Bank statements for 3 months.

Hi

Lots and lots of heartiest congratulations on getting your ILR and thanks a lot for sharing your PEO experience with us on the forum.

My question is that did the CW asked from you regarding your P60's or your HMRC employment history ?

Could it be possible for you to share the matter of your employer letter here in the post or you can pm me the employer letter matter it would really be great help for me if you can manage to do that.

Many thanks and waiting for your reply.

Please do kindly keep us posted on the forum once you'll receive your BRP cards.

Good luck for the future.

CW did not ask any p60's.
In the employer letter ;
1) My anual salary and SOC code was mentioned.
2) Certified that my salary is above the minimum salary mentioned in the Tier 2 guidelines.
3) Mentioned that we do not see any reason why he shoud not be remain in the employment with us?
