ILR @ Glasgow PEO

Post by a4aneel » Thu Jul 19, 2012 11:22 am

Hi Guys,

I am attending Glasgow PEO during end of July, I am showing my earnings from 2 sources (Salary + Dividends) in the capacity of director of a limited company.

Has any one faced any difficulties at Glasgow PEO when points are claimed by Dividends ?

any replies are well appreciated.

Thanks

congrats to your wife. how you know that they are interested in more than 90 days absence ???

yesterday some one got ILR on 360 days .

I don't understand why they are so serious about 90 days absence

Does this reply has anything to do with the question asked by OP.
The question is... to be or not to be....

I think Glasgow PEO only deals with salaried employment. Please check.

yes, tier1Reading is right, Glasgow PEO only deals with Salaried and the person on first counter will specifically tell you that if oi have your own limited company you are self employed and that in your application, you will not be treated as employed.

I have a very recent exp, luckily the salaried earnings I had in last 12 months were enough to get me at least 75 points and i got ILR.

Hi Ash,

Thanks for your response, should i be okay if i ask CW to only consider my salary from my last 12 months with out dividend vouchers?

I score required points on my 12 months salary (which are taken from my own limited company)

Thanks,
Anil
