Urgent help needed

hey guys i need a help here...
i just recd a call from my councilor saying that she needs a direct contact number or email address wherein she could talk or write to the UKBA... all i know is 08706067766 but that's not a direct number... so any of you guys knw any info on this issue pls reply asap...
