immigration status while JR continuous

Hi

My tier 1 general extension application was refused and appeal has been refused by upper tribunal. In 5 weeks time I will complete my 10 years continuous residence. Now as far as I understand my 3d leave already expired. If I go for the judicial review will the 3d leave triger again as the JR is to challage the same decision.

consult a immigration lawyer..that would be your best bet...
