Which COS i need to change job within UK

Hi,

I am currently working on Tier 2 General Visa, I have been offered a job from another company, they are very much happy to sponsor (A rated company) me as well based on my skill sets.

They asked me some question related with visa.

Can you please tell me which COS they need to create and assign to me. Is it Unrestricted COS they need to apply with mentioning Labour Market Test (job is not in shortage list) details or Restricted COS they need to apply ?

As far as i know from UKBA website Restricted COS is for:

1. abroad and will be paid less than £150,000 a year; or
2. in the UK as the dependant of another migrant whose current permission to stay is as a Tier 4 student.

Please confirm me, I will appreciate your responses.

They have unrestricted certificates which can be assign.
