Queston: On BRP card: to register with police.

There is a statement on my BRP card and in the accompanying letter that I have to go to the police station or to Overseas Visitors Records Office (OVRO) to register. Is it for those who have not registered with the police at all yet?

Do I have to go there if I am already registered and I am having the Certificate of Registration.. or I should go anyway to register the received BRP card too.

Guys, who knows anything about that?
