Registration of Children After ILR

Hi All

I have only recently been granted ILR (last june to be specific). I applied for my wife and older child. I have 2 other children. Note: all 3 children were born in the UK.

I only applied for the older child because she and my wife have been my dependents during the period that I was on work permit.

I want to travel to my home country later this year with my family. Obviously my last two children do not have a passport. I understand I can apply to register tham as British citizens and then apply for a passport for both of them.

1. Is this possible?
2. What is the procedure?
3. Does anyone know which forms to use and what the costs are?
4. Does anyone know the timescales?
