Clarification on pay slips

Post by wf » Fri Jul 20, 2012 9:17 pm

I have a PEO appointment next wednesday to extend my Tier 1 visa.

I have read the guidance, but am still not sure if I need to get my pay slips signed/stamped.

My payslips are printed on payslip stationery (http://www.bsd-online.co.uk/bsd/tas-las ... tible.html) and there is no company logo/header.

Does the text in bold apply, or does that apply only to payslips printed on plain paper?
Payslips: These should be either formal
payslips or on company headed paper.
Where formal payslips are produced on
plain paper they must be stamped and
signed by the employer. Payslips which
are not on headed paper
or if the applicant
receives all pay slips online, he/she must
authenticate the evidence by asking the
employer to sign and stamp a printout.

If the applicant provides payslips, they
must cover the whole period claimed (for
example, if payslips are produced monthly,
the applicant must provide the payslip for
each month of the period claimed).
Thanks

Normally salary slips are like this as you mentioned especially from such companies which use other umbrella companies to handle payroll.
I think your salary slips will be ok if they are matching with your bank statement.

Lets see if someone has experienced using such salary slips in this forum.

Payslips sent via post such as yours are acceptable.

Just to reiterate whats already been said, you will be fine. I attended with those payslips to B'ham PEO and came out in 2 hours with visa.

Good luck

Hi all
Did you get that payslips (format as mentioned in previous thread) signed/stamped from your accountant?

Thanks
