Hi all,

I am holding residence card valid until Ja n 2013. I left from the UK 2010 due to my pragnancy to my husbands country. Now I am having very hard time in here. I was wondring am able to go back to the UK with my child without my husband using the residence card?

According to the rules, no. Whether you will be challenged on re-entry is another matter. I think after two years it's reasonable to assume you will be.

In this case, what are the options? I feel really lost as I have no place to go, no one to talk

If you don't qualify under EU rules you should look at the points-based system of the UK rules.
