Tier 1 extention, non-premium service appointments?

Hi,

When I am trying to book an appointment for same-day service, UBKA website asks whether I require premium-service or not...

I am confused as I thought appointments can only be booked for premium service? Provided that when I choose "no", I can find slots available.

appreciate if anyone can clarify.

Option for Premium Service:

Yes -> This is for booking Tier 1 appointments

No -> This is for booking Bio-meteric appointments. This is for postal applications. If you select this option then you will need to provide the reference number from your biometeric invitation letter.
