I have heard i can transfer my Refugee visa for the any EU country as long as i have been accepted as a refugee 1951 UN convention.

Now first of all can you point out to the source where you "heard" this?

By the way, I have heard that sky is going to fall down tonight.

Now because its under EATRR, I would guess belgium would also treat applicants with broadly under the same way as UK does, and details of which are in the document you have posted.

First you will need to go to belgium legally.
Live there legally for 2 years.
Then apply for transfer of your status.
Then when you have fulfilled belgian requirements you apply for belgian equivalent of ILR. ( there is no instant ILR ilr in such cases)
Then at some point in future you apply for belgian citizenship.

The whole process could take 8-10 years, and that is if you manage to enter and live in belgium legally for 2 years in the first place.

My honest advice my friend is, stop cooking up this wonderfully useless ideas in your head. Its not a piece of cake. Just sit tight, until you get ILR and then British citizenship. After this you can run around whole of europe at your free will.

Your refugee leave in UK lets you do what you want to do in your life.

You have all the freedoms and rights which a UK citizen has, with a few exception like voting rights etc.

There are people I have come across who have been here 18-20 years and are still totally illegal.

For you ILR won't be an issue. Not having ILR makes no practical difference to your life. ILR will just be another piece of paper.

Anyways, good luck with whatever you do in your life.
