My husband lives in a house of four bedrooms with his parents and 3 sisters
Is it enough to live in and apply my spouse visa

Depends on a lot of things.

Your husband should contact local council, and ask them to do an overcrowding inspection. The council will charge a fee for this service, and issue a certifcate mentioning how many people can live in the property. So if they certify that propery is fit for 6 people or more then there wont be any problems. You will need to include this certificate with your application and also letter from whoever owns the house that a part of the house will be exclusively available to you and your husband. etc etc
