Settlement Visa Processing Time - UK

Hi,

I am from Hyderabad India. I applied for a settlement visa for UK on 05/July/2012. My husband is a UK citizen.

By when can I expect the result? Is Olympics or change in immigration rules from July 9 2012 delaying visa processing in anyway?

Awaiting for a response.

I think it is taking about 4 months for a decision from the Indian sub continent.
