Post by aak786 » Sun Jul 22, 2012 5:50 pm

hi,
ok so we in 2009 we applied for a coa granted in 2011 we then got married and have sent of our flr m.
biometrics completed april 2012 still no response,
i am now 4.5 months pregnant and cannot work for much longer due to a severe health condition in pregnancy, however if i stop working we will have no money.
what can we do? what help is available?
i am so stressed, my husband has to sign on each week and they have advised him to apply for an arc card however he has no asylum claim so i am confused?
please help

Hi aak786. if you meet all the requirements under section 295D; and have provided ALL supporting evidence then it should take a month, maximum 6 weeks to get your things back;
