It's incredibly dearly beloved of you, and says a lot about your character, to define a particular nationality in this kind of advert. If someone were to post something that said 'whites only need apply' they would, rightly, be subject to legal action. I see no difference in your situation.

I think you have misunderstood me. I didnt mean in that way. If you take that way its your choice. The reason I mentioned that is its a issue of lot of money and some understanding in both parties. Like minded persons can solve this type of issue very quickly. Of course I mentioned the word 'preferred' which is not definite.
Still if u r not clear then I am sorry for that.
