Tier 4 visa extension inside UK for new uni/sponsore

I am going to start my post graduate course in this September in another uni. i have complete my undergraduate from a different uni. so, can i extend my visa from inside UK?

Change of university/sponsor does not affect on application that it should be either made from inside or outside UK. Other things may affect like course start date, maintenance issue. etc. according to applicant personal circumstances.
