Hello

Hi, i have been reading this forum but need a clear answer, basically me and my wife want to travel to spain, my wife is a british citizen, i have my resident permit not my ILR yet, does this mean am a family member of a EU citizen, cos the spanish website is tricky, it says it must state on ur UK visa family member of EEA, does this means anyone married to british citizen are not eu family member then? and again last time i applied for schengen visa to france i did not pay visa fee as they see me as a EU family, but i do not understand the spanish people, plus do i just fill the form, send our marriage certificate, her british passport,my passport and resident permit? or do i need to go through the tourist way which means i need to send loads of document. Please Advice, The french consulate gives one year multipul entry to any shengen country for free if you are married to british or any other EU person does the spanish consulate work same way.

Thanks

You don't appear to have an article 10 residence card, but one issued under the immigration rules so will be expected to have a visa.

This thread's questions mirror yours.
