Myself and my wife just got our ILR on 9 th July 2012. We have two kids both born in uk and have Indian passport with dependent visa till 31/07/2012. I was filling MN1 form and found out that you have to write all absences from the country and my son has 917 days absence in last 5 years in three different visits to India as he was living with grandparents but from last 2 and half year he is living with us in uk
Would my son absence of 917 days effect his registration as BC??
