Claiming Child Benefits after ILR

My wife would be getting her ILR next week (hopefully 31st July)..

I read on this forum once you have been granted ILR you can claim child benefit.

My question is:

1 How soon can my wife apply for benefit ? (Can she apply for it on 2 August).
2. The form ask if you have been under immigration control for last 3 months. I think I would need to say Yes to it.Does this means to be on safer side I should apply for Child Benefit in October?
3. I am on Tier 1 G visa. The form ask for partner details and if my wife applies will it affect my ILR application afterwards..

I think if you apply for later still it will be considered when you got your ILR.

I think you can apply straight after getting the ILR. No need to wait for three months..
