Work permit dependent application guidance

Hello,

I'm currently working in the UK under the old Work Permit visa. I have gotten married last month and is trying to get my wife a dependent visa.

The VAF2 visa application which is used for this purpose has two questions which i'm not totally sure how to answer.

under the sponser/workpermit holder details (section 8 ). it has two questions:

8.16 Sponsor’s normal country of residence
8.30 When is this job expected to finish?

for the country I'm guessing I should answer UK since currently I'm working here. Is this correct?

for the second my work permit expires this december (dec 2012) so should I give this date. or should I leave it blank since I plan to apply for PR before this as my 5 years also gets completed at the same time.

I'd appreciate any help with these questions.
