My visa got refused for tier 1 dependent thenI submitted my appeal for tier1 dependent visa for which i recieved a letter that original desicion has been overturned and now i need to bring my passport to new delhi.when i reached there they asked me to submit the passport with a signature on appeal abondment form.i did that and after few hours they gave me new refusal decision and new appeal form...and now after a week i recieved a letter from tribunal that the Respondent has withdrawn the original decision......the Tribunal is satisfied that this appeal has been withdrawn......now i am confused that what is actualy goin on shall i make a new appeal or do i need to wait more for any letter from tribunal.....please help
