Salary Threshold

Hello All,

Can someone please help me with the salary Threshold to be (from Tier 1 to ILR) ? Please elaborate what should be the threshold for dependents as I have 3 dependents.

I am on Tier 1 and will be applying for ILR in Nov 2012.

But is it a rumor that I heard there is a salary threshold for ILR / Settlement ? For every member / dependent in the family ?

Or is this ONLY for the people getting Tier-1 post 8th July 2012 ?

If you are mentioning the £ 35000 pounds threshold , its only for those migrants who got their initial visa granted post april 2011.

and if you are mentioning the £ 18600 (and plus) threshold its only for british people or settled people wishing to sponsor their dependents.
