The form needs signed by both parents is there a way of circumventing these as one parent is out of the country and also unwilling to sign it. Both names feature on the birth certificate

There are 3 posts under your username. In the first, you have no children and seek to stay in the UK because of domestic violence. In the second, you are a single mom who wants to bring her daughter from Africa. Now you want to register a child as British but the father doesn't want to.

It is difficult to give advice if the circumstances are not clear.
