For each individual team member do they have to Send separate joint (funds)account satement, ad copy, business plan,company letter etc. or it can be send all required letter n statements in one form with two team applicants and separate fees.

Yes, you can bundle relevant documents if you are applying in the same place at the same time. I don't know why you think you need to present a business plan.

Thanks Lucapooka. Do you mean two applications with one copy of all relevant documents (businesss ac statement, ads, company letter) in a bundle?
Reason for sending business plan is to show where we invested and where to invest the funds and also a management report of 3 months activity from an accountant (it is not mandatory).
I have a question. what they want as business contact? we already have sold and provided service to few customers but no formal contract with them apart from some invoices. will that be ok?

You and your other team partner will need to send all relevant original documents including bank statement together with two different application forms. You both should have equal access to the money so either a joint bank account or a business account with names of both of you will be enough. If you are relying on third party funding then you will have to provide additional requirement

They want business contracts just to make sure that you have running business with all set up and have got at least one contract/client who is willing to pay for your services. Its easy to get the template of contracts and just ask your customer to write their name, address and contact number on that contracts so that they can confirm it if they want..you just need to write what services you provides and method of payment etc invoices will also be good to send along with contract..
