Hello/Assalamoalaikum All,

I have posted on here a few times before regarding my proxy marriage, I have since then got my nikah attested from the ministry of foreign affairs in Pakistan and after speaking to a few lawyers I believe it should be well and good please find below the list of documents which I am submitting, as stated on my cover letter and please share your thoughts.

My income for the last 12 months has been £24,000 and current salary is £18,000 + commission, on target earning should be around £40,000.

5. Communication records between the parties (Phone and Internet)
6. Proof of meeting and cohabitation (photographs and passport pages)

8. Pay slips, Bank statements for last 12 months
9. Bank statements for Savings held by the parties
10. Tenancy Agreement, Letter from the Estate Agent and council tax letter
11. Letter of approval from landlord
12. Criminal Record for Mrs ****
13. Original IELTS Certificate
14. Sponsorship Declaration
15. Appendix VAF 4 A
16. Appendix 2
17. TB Test Certificate
18. 2 Photographs of Mrs ****
19. Fully completed Visa application form with visa application fee.

Where in Pakistan do you live, this determines what marriage documents you need.

Lahore- I am not sure how this would determine the documents i need?

You need to include the NADRA Marriage certificate, if you don't have that, they may refuse on that. So gert your NADRA Marriage certificate.
