Replacement BRP for Tier 2 -Intracompany transfer

Hi,
I applied for Replacement BRP on 13th April and completed biometrics on 10th May at a post office.I am still waiting for my documents and Approval letter.I know there are plenty of applications and the process takes much longer but it it unusual that it is taking more than 3 months to process a replacement BRP.Please can someone let me know if you are in a similar situation and how long does it take to process ?
