Which solicitor office I choose to file appeal for my wife

Please can any one tell me which solicitor office I should choose to file appeal for my wife settlement visa

I have one recommended from a friend which is

this one i have to meet and travel from Exeter to Luton

and the other one i found on the internet famous one is

Immigration Advice Service website http://www.iasservices.org.uk/about-us/

which i can file them the files and instruction over the phone also they are gong to charge for opinion is to file the appeal or not

both of them around the same figure of money but the first money will cost me transport around £100
