Somebody please guide me i am really worried.....My husband lives in london and i have recently got my spouse visa....i got my visa on on 4th july 2012 and it was issued on 25th june 2012.....Actually i am an M.Phil Student and i am waiting for my viva which is due within next 15 days....this is major reason why i am still in Pakistan....i will move to london immediately after my viva....i just wanted to ask how long can i stay in Pakistan after getting my visa....and if i get a month and a half late in reaching london...will they fine me for that? please guide me asap as i am really worried! Thanx in Advance!

You won't be fined. You have 3 months in which to enter without having to apply (and pay for) an extension later on to make up a shortfall for the 2 year qualifying period for ILR.
