I have not yet married my girlfriend

I will in september , ahe is from phillphines and i am from northren ireland , she lived in uk for 3 years before already

Does anybody knw what i need to provide fir requirments and how long do people think the applaction will take , would it be better if i apply in phillphines when i get married

Thanks would really appecate any information

It is better to continue in your previous post so people can read the background.

As advised already, the new rules from July mean you can't use the European route as you are also British. There are also new rules for British national bringing family members (£18600 income etc).

Did you consider moving to Ireland? I believe you would be able to use your British passport there under the EEA rules (as Ireland don't restrict dual national as the UK now do).

My girlfreind also got deported , for overstaying thou she handed her. Self in on time they still detained her ad deported her, would this affect are application if we were applaying for EEA visa in ireland
