cheap DNA testing option

Guys,
can someone please tell me if there is any cheap DNA testing option available in Ireland, i have to produce biological link with my kid and i need this for zambrano case.
DOJ gave one name
http://www.oqps.ie/ but it cost 700€.
i found 100€ cheap http://www.dnaireland.ie/page58a.html but look dodgy.
