Deportation Order revoked, applying for Irish Naturalisation

Post by God's Favour » Thu Jul 26, 2012 11:00 pm

Dear All,
Last year I applied for a Certificate of Naturalisation which was approved & later disapproved as a result of a pending deportation order & mix up of criminal convictions, although, I was once deported many years ago but prior to my deportation my criminal record was struck out to aid deportation. Last year the deportation order in my name was revoked by the minister after a few years of appeal but a day after his decision to refuse my certificate of Naturalisation came out negative but was advised to re-apply again by the minister.

I've been back in Ireland for a few years now legally. Now married to an Irish national with Irish born Children. What are my chances of reapplying for a certificate of Naturalisation anyone please?
