ILR - Final checklist. Pls advise

Post by victorbugz » Fri Jul 27, 2012 1:19 am

Hi All,

I am applying for ILR (HSMP + Tier 1) + spouse + child born in UK on 2nd Aug in person. Below is the list of documents I have included with my application. Can some please advise if I have covered all documents or if I have missed any obvious ones?

Check List -
  • 1. Application form
    2. Finances - Spreadsheet with all payslips collated + Online Payslips (Attested) + Bank statements + Employer Letter to confirm payslips are genuine + Employer Contact details
    3. HSMP Approval + 2 x LIUK + Points Calculator print out
    4. Birth Certificate of child born in uk
    5. Passports + Copies of all pages with EC stamps (Or do i need copies of all pages of even if empty)+ Absence list (Total 88 days - 2 visits)
    6. Cohab Docs
    7. Employment + contract / offer letters + Bonus confirmation letters
    8. 3 years latest P60 + HMRC 5 years employment history
    9. UK Naric letter for degree + Original degree
    10. Cohab extra docs
Can some one please confirm num 5? I know I have quite a few extra documents but I don't intend to give them all. I'm carrying them in case I'm asked for any.

Thanks in advance.

Why are you including your Uk born child? Do a research for section 1(3) in citizenship, or elsewhere in this forum. You would be saving some good amount of money.

HI wpilr_nov12

I'm aware of the alternative options fo UK born child but I have very urgent travel plans and after looking into all options, this is the best course of action I could take.

The extra cohab docs are a combination of council tax bills, NHS letters, bank statements, HMRC letters on both our names for 3 years.

Can anyone please advise if I have everything covered?
