Previous Passport

When you apply Ireland visa you must say/state if the your current passport is the first passport or this current/valid passport is the second, third, fourth, one

What if someone lost it and he does not have any copy of it or he can't remember his previous passport detail ( issuing authority and the date of issuing passport and the expiry date )

What should he say/ write on online application form ?

Thanks

You just need to be truthful about what you will be putting in d form as any iota of lies if detected can make you to fail character check. If there is any remark column, try to explain that you lost your passport and attach any evidence to show what you did after you discovered that you have lost your passport. Hope this helps.
