WHAT IS CONSIDERED AS OVER STAYED..???

Hi Friends,

What is considered as over stayed.

I am planing to apply for my extension of visa before my VISA expiry

The current time line for postal application seems to be six month, will I be considered as over stayer...?

If my VISA gets rejected, will I be given some time to go out United Kingdom

If you apply before your visa expires, you will not become an overstayer until your application is under consideration.

If your application is refused, you will get all the information with refusal about what is what.
