Foreigners married to EU Citizen(Poland)

Hi everyone, Myself and my wife currently married in Sweden but I do not longer have the remain in Sweden as my schengen visa has expired. Please advice, What should I do? Do I need to go back to my country before I can apply for resident permit before I can be with my wife or I can just apply without going to my country. My wife and I want to remain in Swden. Please advice asap. thank u

Have you read the Migrationsverket website? You will find information on your rights there.

If you are married to a Polish citizen and are resident in Sweden, then please do not leave Sweden until you resolve it. You have the right to remain!
